We are pleased to open the call for the 2nd  ICSBE, the “second International Conference of Circular Systems in the transition of the Built Environment; Advanced Technological and Social Solutions for Transitions”. The light coming from a global attempt, the agreement of 196 countries in Paris, 2015, helps us further support our mother earth; the “agreement” that specified the goals is achievable with a circular framework. Hence one year of experiencing the CO2 control caused by COVID19, a promising consequence but from a horrible cause, show that control and managing are possible; nevertheless, we have to find smart solutions in a positive, responsible way. Of curse, all of us directly or indirectly suffered from the pandemic. However, as a part of the building industry, we are constructive and optimistic. So we use the results for the health and wellbeing in the Built Environment (BE) with a safe and healthy circumstance mentally as well as physically. We understood how much we need technologies for our absolute comfort in-depth and our welfare at this sensitive moment. Clean air, safe circumstance, and healthy earth for everybody and future generations; these are goals for using advanced technologies in a circular framework.
